82 Guada Coma Drive Unit A

Imagine finishing your workday and stepping outside to float the Comal River from your own backyard. This fully furnished, all-bills-paid riverfront retreat offers a truly unique way to live in New Braunfels. Set on approximately one acre beneath mature trees, this charming rustic home features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living space, washer and dryer, and room to sleep up to 6. With utilities included, Wi-Fi, and plenty of space to spread out, it's an incredible option for remote work, an extended stay, relocation, or a comfortable home base while waiting for your new home to be built. Outside is where this property really shines. Enjoy a deck directly on the Comal plus a second deck overlooking the river, a firepit, BBQ grill, string lights, and tons of outdoor seating for dining, entertaining, or simply relaxing beneath the trees. Three kayaks and a paddleboard are available for getting out on the water. Launch a float right from your deck, follow the Comal around the bend toward the Guadalupe, then take a short walk home and do it all over again! Residents also have access to a neighborhood park with Comal River access and another neighborhood-owned park offering access to the Guadalupe River. And then there's the location. Schlitterbahn is directly across the river—you can cross the Comal and easily walk to the waterpark—while Downtown New Braunfels, restaurants, shopping, live music, Landa Park, Gruene and Gruene Hall are all just minutes away. Move in, unpack your suitcase, and start enjoying river life from day one. Whether you're working remotely, relocating, between homes, or simply looking for an unforgettable extended stay, opportunities to live directly on the Comal don't come around often.
