What should your property rent for?
We answer from closed comparables - what properties like yours actually leased for nearby - and tell you what we would do before listing it.
What you get back
- The rent
- A figure, and the comparables behind it
- Time to lease
- How long properties like yours are taking
- Rent-ready list
- What is worth doing first, and what is not
- The numbers
- What management would cost against that rent
No obligation, and no pressure to sign anything. If the honest answer is that you are better off keeping it as it is, we will say so.
Rent or sell?
Keeping it
A property that covers its costs and holds a low interest rate is often worth keeping, even in a flat year. Rent pays the note down whether or not the value moves.
Selling it
If the numbers do not work, deferred maintenance is stacking up, or you simply do not want to be a landlord, that is a legitimate answer. We can value it for sale instead.
Not sure
Ask for both. We will run the rent and the sale price side by side so you are comparing real numbers rather than guesses.
