Bulverde is a fast-growing Comal County town north of San Antonio, where US-281 meets SH-46, about 22 miles from downtown and about 7 miles from JBSA-Camp Bullis. The MLS often files its homes under San Antonio or Spring Branch, so the numbers here cover roughly 101 listings within four miles of town, nearly all in ZIP 78260 with the rest in 78261.

Every one of those homes is zoned to Comal ISD. Almost all are single-family houses, with a couple of townhomes, a couple of manufactured homes and one garden home in the mix.
