What buying near Sisterdale looks like

Sisterdale is a small Kendall County settlement north of Boerne, about 41 miles from downtown San Antonio. Almost nothing for sale lists Sisterdale as its city, so the figures below reach about 12 miles out and take in roughly 38 homes. In practice that means much of the inventory is around Comfort (ZIP 78013) and the north side of Boerne (78006), plus a couple of addresses toward Fredericksburg (78624).
